Mike Wen joined Ryder in 2022 as Vice President of Manufacturing.
Mike has a key role in leading the operations of manufacturing sites.
Prior to joining Ryder, Mike held various key roles in multinational companies, including Johnson Controls, United Technologies, Honeywell and Jabil.
Mike studied for his MBA at Xi'an Jiaotong University, qualifying in 2007. He is now an off-campus supervisor for XJTU MBA students, as well as a certified Lean Expert.
