Ding Dong Fang joined Ryder in 2004 as a quality engineer. In 2014, she moved into operations management and in 2016 was promoted to the important role of Business Unit General Manager for BOA®.
Prior to joining Ryder, she had developed her skills holding key roles across various sectors, including as a mechanical designer in the automobile industry, and as a quality supervisor in electronic component manufacturing in Shenzhen.
Ding Dong’s extensive experience in manufacturing operations and business management is crucial to her role as Divisional VP for BOA®.
She has a Bachelor of Business Administration from Shenzhen University.
