Ding Dong Fang
Head of BOA division.
Ding Dong Fang joined Ryder in 2004 as a quality engineer. In 2014, she moved into operations management and in 2016 was promoted to the important role of Business Unit General Manager for BOA.
Prior to joining Ryder, she had developed her skills holding key roles across various sectors, including as a mechanical designer in the automobile industry, and as a quality supervisor in electronic component manufacturing in Shenzhen.
Ding Dong's extensive experience in manufacturing operations and business management is crucial to her new role as Divisional VP for BOA.
She has a Bachelor of Business Administration from Shenzhen University.
